The kids and families we serve consistently need clothing, school supplies, jackets/coats, family support services and adaptive programming and/or equipment. Financial and in-kind donations help 4 Colorado Kids keep the cost down in meeting the needs of kids and families. Your business, church, organization or community group can make a big difference by hosting a drive and spreading the word about our mission.
Step 2: Spread the Word
Most people want to help. You can send emails, use postcards or flyers, or post to Facebook, Twitter, and other social media. Bring up the drive at meetings and group gatherings. Host a party and ask guests to bring a donated item. 4 Colorado Kids can help! Email us at [email protected] for materials to promote your drive.
Step 3: Make it Easy to Donate
Pick a central location for people to drop off their items and make sure you have collection boxes at several locations. You can also collect items during a holiday party or office gathering. Monetary donations, including gift cards, are also welcome.
Step 4: Deliver your Donations to 4 Colorado Kids
You can bring your donation to 4 Colorado Kids' administrative offices during business hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. We are located at 5446 North Academy Blvd., Suite 204, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. In-kind donation receipts will be issued to you for tax purposes.
